Who we are. Next-Gen Garage Doors Ltd, company number 17419777, is the data controller for information you send through this website.

What we collect

When you use the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and whatever you write in the message. We collect that because we need it to answer your enquiry — the lawful basis is legitimate interest, and consent where you have ticked the box.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to quote for the work, and to carry the work out. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your job.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after twelve months. Records of completed work are kept for six years, because guarantees and tax records require it.

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. See the cookie notice.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email brad@nextgen-ltd.co.uk. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
